The Inn at Poland Way

The Port Authority assisted Poland Way Facility Realty, LLC (Poland Way) construct an 89-bed assisted living facility that included equipping and furnishing the facility, known as the Inn at Poland Way. The 89-unit project includes 64 assisted living units and 25 memory care beds for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory disorders. The Port Authority entered into a ground lease with Poland Way to secure land necessary for the project, let a capital lease to Poland Way to construct the project and operate such facility, issued a $10,600,000 Development Revenue Bond, and passed through those proceeds to Poland Way for the project.
